What is your name, who do you work for, and what is your role?

My name is Dr. Sheldon Stuckart is the name, chiropractic is the game. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and the Clinic Director of Kaizo Health in Rockville under the CEO, Dr. Jay Greenstein.

What does Kaizo Health do/what are they all about?

We are a chiropractic and functional rehabilitation clinic that delivers patient-centered care through conservative therapies to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and reach their full potential.

How does Kaizo help MBFC?

We sponsor the team by giving all MB players free-access to all our provided services at all four of our locations in the DMV area. We carefully design appropriate treatment plans and therapies to get players performing 100% on the field whether in practice or in games. Soccer-specific functional rehab drills, muscular therapies, and spinal/extremity manipulation

How does Kaizo help the average person?

We help people getting out of pain and reach their full potential so they live the life they want and do the things they enjoy or need to do; whether it’s work, taking care of kids, or participating in hobbies they love.

What is the best part of your job?

The vast amount of potential and growth as a professional as well as the diverse opportunities there are in the field of chiropractic, functional rehab, and sports medicine and to apply that to real people and be part of their journey to recovery. I love seeing my patients reach their treatment goals!

Who’s been the best person from MBFC to work with?

There definitely is not just one “best person” from MBFC that came through but all of them are great to have in the clinic and I enjoy working on each of them in different ways. I learn different aspects of their positions and their progress of care but also aspects of their life and them as a person. They are all great guys with equally great character and heads on their shoulders so working with any and all of them is fun!

What does having a professional soccer team in Maryland mean to you?

It means that we can directly impact and positively influence their performance or return to play without pain. We love working with them and we want them playing at their fullest potential at what they love and do best! It feels great to be a part of that! Their win is our win. 

What else should people know about Kaizo Health?

Many people think chiropractors only work on backs and necks but we also work on a variety of injuries and conditions including sports, car accidents, extremity work, general pain and much more.
