The Bobcats are aiming to continue their undefeated season against reigning league champs Michigan Stars in their fourth league game of the season this Saturday. The Bobcats are coming off a dominant 3-0 away performance against Flower City this past weekend.
Their opponents Michigan Stars have also had a solid start to the season and head into the game undefeated as well, having won once and drawn twice. The Stars have a talented roster featuring Noah Robinson and their leading goal scorer this season with 2 goals in 3 games, Leon Maric. This is their first of three meetings this season and the Bobcats are aiming to start it off strong and climb into first place with a win.
Head Coach Alex Kao is confident with the preparation heading into this weekend’s game
Coach Kao said “The preparation has been good. We all know it is going to be a physical battle against the reigning champions. They won the league last year with an outstanding defensive shape. Hard to break and difficult to play against. We also have a new group this year, that started well and is eager to play at home in front of our fans. We will need to be respectful of the opposition without running away from our own identity and game principles. As long as We stick to our game plan and most importantly our core values, we have the confidence in what we can achieve.”
